How to redeem the voucher.

Once you’ve received your lenses from Hoya, simply complete the online Experience Redemption form. Your credit will be verified and processed.

Do not submit for a manual credit through the normal Hoya crediting ticket system

• Vouchers are not transferable to other products, and can not be redeemed for cash.
• Vouchers may only be used by the account to which it was originally issued.
• Vouchers must be used within 3 months of issue.
• To be eligible for redemption, your account must be in good standing with Hoya.
